The Legacy of Formosa Tea

Taiwan Tea Culture

Taiwan's mist-shrouded mountains offer the ideal terroir for exceptional tea. In 1869, “Formosa Tea” made its debut in New York to international acclaim, establishing Taiwan's reputation on the global stage.

For more than a century, Taiwan's tea artisans have refined and shared treasured varieties such as Bao Chung Tea, Dong Ding Oolong Tea, High Mountain Oolong Tea, and Oriental Beauty Tea with tea lovers around the world.
